We explore the real experiences of people across digital, in-person, and partner interactions to understand what works and what gets in the way. By using insights from research, we uncover pain points and gaps. This helps us align what people see and feel (front-stage) with the systems and processes behind the scenes (backstage). The result is a clear, strategic roadmap of practical solutions that can be scaled and sustained.
We turn insight into action through co-creation sprints and context-aware design. Working within real constraints, we generate practical ideas, test early concepts with users, and pilot solutions in real-world settings. Using interviews, surveys, and observation, we gather feedback to refine both the intervention and how it's delivered—laying the groundwork for solutions that are scalable, grounded, and effective.
